Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Meetsit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
This document is written in plain language and provided for general information. It is not legal advice. If you need advice about your own situation, speak to a lawyer. It is provided in good faith and may be updated as the service grows.
1. What the service is
Meetsit is a marketplace of ready-made AI prompts for building event websites. You browse templates, copy the prompt, and paste it into an AI tool of your choice to generate a site in your own project.
We provide the prompts. We do not generate, host, or operate the websites you build with them, and we are not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools.
Meetsit is run by an independent creator based in Bangladesh. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Meetsit” all refer to that operator.
2. Your account
You need an account to copy premium prompts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must provide an accurate email address, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Plans and payment
Some templates are free. Others require a paid plan. Prices are shown before purchase, and payment is handled by our payment processor.
Because prompts are digital content delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If something is materially not as described, contact us and we will look at it. Nothing here limits any statutory refund right you have.
4. What you may do with the prompts
A paid plan grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the prompts to build websites, including for clients and for commercial projects. Sites you build are yours.
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the prompts themselves, in whole or in part, or make them available as part of a competing collection.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users’ data, interfere with its operation, scrape it in bulk, or use it to build anything unlawful. Do not share your account to give others access to paid content.
6. Our intellectual property
The service, its content, and the prompts remain the property of Meetsit and its licensors. Your plan grants the licence described above and nothing more.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, and we may add or remove templates at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a prompt will produce any particular result, that AI-generated output will be error-free, or that it will suit a specific purpose. Review anything you generate before you publish it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Meetsit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Sites you have already built are unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The service is operated from Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you use the service as a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
