Privacy Policy

Meetsit is run by an independent creator based in Bangladesh, who decides what personal data is collected here and why. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that operator.

Account information. Your email address, and a password hash if you sign up with a password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile details from Google — never your Google password.

Account status. Your plan, and whether your account has administrative access.

Purchase records. If you buy a plan, we keep a record of the purchase. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Technical data. Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept for security and debugging.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. We do not store payment card numbers.

To provide the service: authenticating you, showing the templates your plan includes, and processing purchases. To keep the service secure and working, including diagnosing faults and preventing abuse. To contact you about your account, such as confirming an email change or resetting a password.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function: keeping you signed in, and completing sign-in and password-reset flows securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing these cookies signs you out.

The following providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — Application hosting and delivery
• Anthropic — AI prompt generation for admin-submitted code
• Google — Optional sign-in, if you use it

Code you submit to the prompt generator is sent to Anthropic to produce the prompt. Do not paste credentials, personal data, or anything confidential into it.

The services listed above run outside Bangladesh, so your data is stored and processed in other countries — including the United States and the European Union, depending on the provider and region.

We only use providers that offer standard contractual protections for that transfer, and we do not move your data anywhere else.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

You can access and correct most of your information from your account settings. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

Access to your account requires your credentials. Administrative functions are restricted to specific accounts and enforced on the server. No service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
